(WINGHAM , ON) - On August 25, 2019, at approximately 10:30 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), North Huron detachment responded to the report of a possible impaired driver that was observed in Wingham.
OPP officers responded quickly and the driver was located. Officers determined that his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired. He was arrested and transported to the Goderich OPP detachment for further testing.
Ronald HANNAH, 68-years-old, of Huron Kinloss was charged the following;
Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
His driver's licence was seized and a 90 Administrative Driver's Licence Suspension (ADLS) was imposed. The vehicle was towed and impounded.
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Goderich on September 23, 2019 to answer the charge.
