(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) - Members of the County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a residence on Ivy Crescent in Paris in the County of Brant on October 27, 2019 at approximately 2:20 a.m.in response to a break and enter.
County of Brant OPP attended the scene and located the person who had broken in and assaulted the occupants. The suspect was arrested and the occupants of the residence were taken to a local hospital via ambulance with minor injuries.
The OPP West Region Criminal Investigations unit will be conducting further investigation into this incident and are asking anyone with any information to call 1-888-310-1122.
The OPP want to assure the public that there are no public safety concerns. The suspect is in custody and the investigation is continuing.
