(CHESLEY, ON) - On November 17, 2019 at 3:22 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver operating a pick-up truck in the town of Chesley. Officers located the truck and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Twenty-seven-year old Timothy MACKAY-GREGORY of Brockton was charged with operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 4, 2019 to answer to the charge.
