(CHESLEY, ON) - On December 9, 2019 at 5:11 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) started to receive calls about a male party causing issues at different stores in the town of Chesley. Officers arrived and located the man who was placed under arrest without incident.
Joel GOODWIN, 26-years-old, of Arran-Elderslie Township, was charged with Mischief, Theft under $5,000, Trespass to Property and 2 counts of Breach Probation. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for December 10, 2019.
