(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) - On December 13, 2019 at approximately 2:50 p.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft report that occurred at a rural property located on Side Road 11 in Pilkington Township. The complainant advised that 19 puppies were stolen today from his barn sometime between 8:30 a.m. - 1:45 p.m. when he was out running errands.
The puppies are approximately 10-weeks-old and are described as:
3 Red/Apricot Golden Doodles
4 Golden Doodles
12 Black Lab/Shepherd/Doodle Mixes
The complainant posted an ad on Kijiji and had received several inquiries regarding the puppies.
Wellington County OPP is continuing to investigate this incident and is asking for the public's assistance with locating these dogs. If you know anything about this incident or see anything suspicious on social media please call 1-888-310-1122.
