(KINCARDINE, ON) - On December 18, 2019 at 11:38 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single vehicle collision near the intersection of Andrew Malcolm Drive and Walsh Street in Kincardine. Officers arrived with Bruce County paramedics to find the vehicle had struck a street light before coming to rest.
Officers determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol. Amanda LEVANGIE, 31-years-old, of Kincardine was charged with Refuse Breath Sample. She is scheduled to appear in court on January 22, 2020 to answer to the charge.
There were minor injuries reported at the scene.
