(PERTH EAST, ON) - Shortly before 11:00 a.m. on May 16 2020, the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to the area of Line 37 and Perth Road 111 for a report of a suspicious person.
When police arrived on scene, the suspect gave a false name. Through the investigation, officers were able to determine the identity of the person, and found that there was a Canada wide warrant for their arrest.
As a result, Jason BULMER, 35, of no fixed address, has been charged with:
Obstruct Peace Officer, contrary to the Criminal Code
Fail to leave premises when directed, Contrary to the Trespass to Property Act
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
