(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex County, has charged an individual following an intimate partner violence investigation.
On April 10, 2024, at 10:49 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an address in Southwest Middlesex, for the report of a disturbance.
As a result of the investigation, a 37-year-old of Middlesex County, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:
· Assault Spousal
· Mischief Domestic (three counts)
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date to speak to the charges.
