(OXFORD COUNTY, ON) Police arrested a driver after investigating a single vehicle collision in the Township of Zorra.
On August 19, 2024, at approximately 9:00 p.m., the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle in the ditch on the 37th Line in Zorra.
After speaking to the driver, police observed signs of impairment and made an arrest.
After conducting further testing at the detachment, Blaze NOSEWORTHY, 27 years-of-age of Ingersoll, was charged with the following Criminal Code charges:
Dangerous Operation
Operation While Impaired
Operation While Impaired -Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Woodstock on September 24, 2024.
