(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) The second suspect connected to a firearm-related incident in Delhi has now been taken into custody.
On Wednesday, August 14, 2024, the Brantford Police Service arrested an individual in the City of Brantford who had been identified as the second suspect in an incident that occurred on the evening of Monday, June 10, 2024, in Norfolk County, where a firearm was discharged at two residences in Delhi.
Charged with the following alleged offences is 23-year-old Logan DONOVAN of Brantford, Ontario:
Unauthorized possession of a firearm,
Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose,
Careless use of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition,
Occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm,
Discharge a firearm into or at a place in a reckless manner (two counts).
The accused was detained in custody and is scheduled to appear at a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe.
