(BROCKVILLE, ON) – The Leeds County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a home invasion that occurred at a residence on Blair Road.



On September 11, 2024, minutes after 1:00 a.m., Leeds County OPP officers received reports from a homeowner stating that they had been assaulted by four unknown individuals. The individuals left the residence with bank cards and cash and are still outstanding.

The OPP believes this incident is isolated and there is no risk to public safety. However, members of the public should always ensure doors and windows are locked and always be aware of surroundings.

The Leeds OPP Crime Unit is currently being assisted by the Forensics Identification Services Unit (FIS).
