(BROCKTON, ON) – On September 23, 2024, at 4:32 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a stolen pick-up truck, taken from an address along Concession 12 in the Municipality of Brockton.

The vehicle was later located along McNab Street in Walkerton where one individual was placed under arrest.



As a result of the investigation, Dustin RICHARDSON, 34-years-old from North Perth, has been charged with the following offences:

Theft over $5,000 – CC 334(a)
Possession of property obtained by crime – CC 354(1)(a)
Fail to comply with probation – CC 733.1(1)
Driving while under suspension – HTA 53(1)
The accused was held for a bail hearing and later released from custody. The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice on October 23, 2024.
