(ROCKLAND, ON) The Russell County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person with sexual assault.
The incident happened on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at a park in Rockland. The victim was not injured and did not know the other individual.
Members of the Russell County OPP launched an immediate investigation resulting an in arrest.
Harry TCHINDA II MBETE, age 22, from Rockland, has been charged under the Criminal Code with sexual assault.
The accused was held for a bail hearing.
