(DUFFERIN COUNTY) Members of the Dufferin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a Shelburne resident with alcohol related offences as the result of a motor-vehicle collision.
On October 1, 2024, just after 4:30 p.m., Dufferin OPP officers responded to a three-vehicle collision on County Road 124 in the Township of Melancthon. Officers arrived on scene and were quickly led into an impaired driving investigating.
Justin GRAHAM, a 28-year-old male, from Shelburne has been charged with:
Operation while impaired blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
Operation while impaired alcohol and drugs
The accused individual is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville, to answer to the charges.
