(KINCARDINE, ON) On November 10, 2024, at approximately 12:08 a.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on patrol along West Ridge Lane in Kincardine and stopped to check a vehicle.
The investigating officer observed signs of impairment from the driver. They were later arrested after performing poorly on a Standard Field Sobriety Test (SFST) and transported to the South Bruce OPP detachment, where further tests were administered.
Brent STEFFLER, 34-years-old, from the Municipality of South Bruce was charged with:

The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice on December 11, 2024.
