(CORUNNA, ON) On November 12, 2024, shortly after 4:45 a.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint in the area of Bentinck Drive and Cameron Street in Corunna.
Police located the vehicle and driver. As a result of the investigation, Tirah OLIVER, 21-year-old of Sarnia, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:
Operation while impaired alcohol and drugs
Dangerous operation
Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code
The vehicle was impounded for a period of 45 days as per statute.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice Sarnia on December 10, 2024, to speak to the charges.
