(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) One individual is facing impaired driving charges when a Good Samaritan reported a traffic complaint.
On November 19, 2024, at 8:30 a.m., the Grey Bruce OPP responded to a traffic complaint of an impaired driver on Bruce Street in South Bruce Peninsula. The vehicle was located, and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver was presented to a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE).
Jason Fell, 48-years-old, of South Bruce Peninsula was charged with:
· Operation while Impaired alcohol and drugs
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on December 19, 2024.
A 90-day Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension (ADLS) and seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
