(LEAMINGTON, ON) The Leamington detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged a driver with impaired while conducting a RIDE spot-check on Oak Street West, Municipality of Leamington.
On November 19, 2024, at approximately 1:00 a.m., an individual was placed under arrest after police assessed the drivers sobriety.
As a result, 30-year-old Jayden HUNTER of Lakeshore has been charged with the following charges:
· Operation While Impaired
· Operation While Impaired Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on December 4, 2024.
