(CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – On November 19, 2024, at approximately 3:15 p.m., an officer from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Wellington County Detachment initiated a traffic stop on Wellington Road 7, Pilkington Township.

As a result of the investigation, Lawrence J. LEHNEN, 62 years-old of Pilkington Township, was charged with:

Operation While Impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus contrary to the Criminal Code
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on December 6, 2024.
