(MONO, ON) Members of the Dufferin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a Toronto resident with impaired operation-related offences following a traffic stop.
On November 20, 2024, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Dufferin OPP officers were conducting general patrol when they observed a traffic violation. The officer initiated a traffic stop, which led to an impaired driving investigation.
Marvin SEYMOUR, a 48-year-old male, from Toronto has been charged with:
Operation while impaired blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
Obstruct plate
The accused individual is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville. Their drivers licence was suspended 90 days, and their vehicle impounded for 7 days.
