(GUELPH-ERAMOSA, ON) On December 9, 2024, at approximately 10:30 a.m. an officer from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Wellington County Detachment initiated a traffic stop on Wellington Road 124, Guelph-Eramosa.
As a result of the investigation, Tristan T. LITT, 29 years-old of Guelph, was charged with:
Operation While Impaired alcohol and drugs contrary to the Criminal Code
Possession Property Obtained by Crime over $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code
Driving while under suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice Guelph, on December 24, 2024.
