LONDON, ON (January 15, 2025) – A suspect has been identified in relation to a shooting that took place at London Health Sciences Centre’s Victoria Hospital on December 14, 2024.

Members of the LPS Major Crime Section have laid charges by way of warrant of arrest, as the suspect male is currently in custody in another jurisdiction on unrelated charges.

As a result of the investigation, Doneil Josiah Levy-Porter, 18, of Brampton, has been charged with the following offences:This is an image of the accused

Attempt to commit murder using a firearm;
Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000;
Dangerous operation of a conveyance;
Discharge a restricted firearm or a prohibited firearm in a reckless manner;
Fail to comply with release order; and
Fail to comply with undertaking.
The accused remains in custody in another jurisdiction.
