(GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) On January 27, 2025, at approximately 7:03 a.m., the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break & enter to a business property along Highway 6-10, Township of Georgian Bluffs.
Police attended and found that scrap copper was stolen from the business. The accused was identified by surveillance camera footage and arrested shortly thereafter.
Christopher PEPE, 44-years-old of no fixed address, has been charged with the following offences:
Break & Enter, CC 348(1)(b)
Theft under $5000, CC 334(b)
Mischief under $5000, CC 430(4)
Fail to comply with undertaking, CC 145(4)(a)
The accused was held for a bail hearing and later released; to reappear at the Owen Sound Court of Justice on February 13, 2025.
