(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested an individual which resulted in the seizure of approximately 13g suspected cocaine.
On Wednesday, January 29th, 2025 Kenora OPP received a call for assistance in the area of Rupert Road. Police attended, arrested the individual, and seized approximately 13g of suspected cocaine, and $540.00 cash.
As a result of this investigation, Payton ROY, 19-years-old of Kenora, ON has been arrested and charged with the following offences:
· Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of Trafficking Cocaine
· Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kenora on the 25th of February, 2025.
