(DUFFERIN COUNTY) Members of the Dufferin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Hamilton resident with impaired operation related offences as the result of a traffic complaint.
On March 18, 2025, just before 4:30 p.m., Dufferin OPP officers were dispatched to a traffic complaint in the area of the Townline in the Town of Orangeville. Officers arrived in the area and located the vehicle in question. After a brief conversation, the officers were quickly led to an impaired driving investigation.
Jarrod BURKE, a 28-year-old female, from Hamilton has been charged with:
Operation while impaired blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
Operation while impaired alcohol and drugs
Disobeying Order of Court
The accused individual is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville. Their drivers licence was suspended, and their vehicle impounded.
