(BROCKTON, ON) On March 25, 2025, at approximately 7:55 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single motor vehicle collision along Concession 6, Municipality of Brockton.
The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the involved driver. The driver was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.
Menno MARTIN, 59-years-old, of the Municipality of Brockton, was charged with:
Operation while Impaired blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), CC 320.14(1)(b)
Dangerous operation, CC 320.13(1)
The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Court of Justice on May 7, 2025 to answer to the charges.
