(LAKESHORE, ON) One person has been charged following a collision in the Municipality of Lakeshore.
On April 22, 2025, at approximately 12:15 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on County Road 2 near County Road 31 in the Municipality of Lakeshore.
Brianne SEELEY, 28-years-old of Tecumseh, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
Operation while impaired alcohol and drugs
Operation while impaired blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
A 90-day Administrative Drivers License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice Windsor on May 2, 2025, to answer to the charges.
