A 23-year-old individual has been arrested and charged with Assault, Assault Causing Bodily Harm, and Mischief following a domestic dispute that escalated into violence. The incident, which began over a cellphone, turned physical when the accused allegedly kicked their partner, a family member, and an interior door.
