(Goderich, On – September 25, 2025) – A number of matters are scheduled to be heard today as the Ontario Court of Justice proceeds with bail hearings, motions, pleas, and other proceedings.

Morning Session
Daymien BRAK appears at 10:00 a.m. for a bail phase hearing by video link.
Stacey O’NEILL has three separate bail phase matters listed at 10:00 a.m., all scheduled by video.
T.R. is set for a motion hearing at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 2, appearing by video.
At 11:00 a.m., Raymond ULCH is scheduled in person in Courtroom 2 to enter a plea.



Midday Matters
At 11:30 a.m., several accused have multiple matters scheduled, many both in person and by video:

Robyn ADAMS – two cases, “to be spoken to.”
Michelle CAVELL – a motion and an additional matter “to be spoken to.”
Brandan LINDENFIELD – two “to be spoken to” matters.
Christopher PITTERS – two motions and one “to be spoken to.”
Afternoon Session
At 2:15 p.m., Justus HAKKERS-MITCHELL is set to appear in person in Courtroom 2 to enter a plea.

Summary
Today’s docket reflects a busy schedule of bail hearings, motions, and pleas involving multiple accused across Perth, Stratford, and regional jurisdictions. Several matters are scheduled to be addressed both by video and in person as the court continues to balance remote and in-person attendance.
