(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) A driver was charged with impaired driving following a complaint of a road rage incident.
On October 21, 2025, at approximately 6:30 p.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint of a possible road rage incident on Alma Street in Rockwood.
As a result of the investigation, Jonathon CRISPI, a 47-year-old from Rockwood, is charged under the Criminal Code of Canada, the Liquor License and Control Act and the Cannabis Control Act with:
Operation while impaired alcohol and drugs
Operation while impaired blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor
Drive vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Guelph on November 4, 2025.
A 90-day Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute
